App privacy

This page lists the data the EasyDecor: AI Room Styler app for iPhone, iPad and Android collects, the same as its App Privacy section on the App Store and its Data safety section on Google Play. How the data is stored, for how long and who processes it is on the Privacy policy page.

Data used to track you

None. The app shows no ads, does not read the device’s advertising identifier, uses no third-party analytics or tracking tools, and does not share your data with data brokers or to track you across other apps and websites.

Data linked to you

The data below is linked to your EasyDecor account and used only for app functionality: signing in, saving and reopening projects, making the designs you ask for, and applying the prices and limits of your country.

Contact info

• Name: the account’s display name.
• Email address: to sign in, verify the account and reset the password.

User content

• Photos: the room photos or floor plans you take or pick, and your profile picture if you set one. The app opens the camera or photo library only when you tap, and sends only the photo you chose.
• Other user content: projects, floor plans, models and your chat with the design assistant.

Identifiers

• User ID: the ID EasyDecor gives your account.

Location

• Coarse location: only the country, derived from your IP address when you sign up or sign in. The app does not ask for location access and does not use GPS.

Data the app does not collect

Precise location, contacts, health data, browsing or search history, and the device’s advertising identifier.

Who else processes data

OpenAI receives the photos, descriptions and chat content needed to make the result you ask for; Google handles sign-in when you choose to sign in with Google. They process the data only to do that for EasyDecor.

Your choices

• View, edit or delete any project in the app or the Studio.
• Turn off EasyDecor’s camera or photo library access at any time in the iPhone, iPad or Android Settings.
• Delete your account and all its data with the steps on the Delete your account page.
• For a copy of your data or to correct it, email [email protected] from the account’s address.
