Common questions
How do I redesign a room from a photo?
Sign in, tap Interior design or Create, take or pick a photo of the room, choose the room type, style and palette, then tap Create design. The AI usually needs 30 to 90 seconds. Drag the slider to compare before and after, then save or share the image. Finished designs are kept under Projects.
Why did my design fail?
Usually a weak connection, a photo too dark to show the room, an account that has used its AI allowance, or a busy AI server. Try again in a few minutes; if it still fails, email us with the time it happened.
Does it cost anything?
Free accounts get an AI allowance that renews every 30 days. For more, you can upgrade to Pro in the Studio.
Forgot your password?
Open easydecor.homes/app, choose Sign in, then Forgot password. We email a reset link to the account’s address.
How are my photos used?
Photos you upload are used only to create the designs you ask for. Details in the Privacy policy.
