Delete your account

You can ask for your EasyDecor account to be deleted at any time, whether you created it in the Studio (easydecor.homes/app) or in the EasyDecor: AI Room Styler app on iPhone, iPad or Android.

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my EasyDecor account, sent from the account’s own email address (if you sign in with Google, use that Gmail address).
2. We reply to confirm you own the account.
3. The account and its data are deleted within 30 days of that confirmation, and we let you know when it is done.

What is deleted

• The account: email, display name, password (stored hashed), profile picture and Google sign-in link.
• Every project, uploaded photo, AI-made image and model, and design share link.

What is kept for a while

• Security logs (IP address, account actions) are deleted after 180 days, as the Privacy policy says.
• Payment records, if you ever bought Pro, are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Only want to remove some designs?

You can delete single projects in the Studio without deleting the account. For help, see Support.
